Keefe is always in trouble. He is the class clown, creator of the Great Gulon Incident, and mischief master. But his life at home is not so great, his Dad is mean and his Mom does not pay much attention to him, but when he meets Sophie life gets a little, okay a lot better. Keefe realizes that he would do anything to protect Sophie, even if it means killing his own traitor of a mother and agreeing with his father (on some things).
But no matter the situation, Confident and cute Keefe with his infamously awesome hair is always ready with a joke-whether the situation calls for it or not.

14 year old Charice Lunder has always fit right into the popular group of kids. Her studius streak and athletic build help in that, not that she is mean, in fact honestly she is one of the nicest people she knows. Except Orion. She has had a MEGA crush on Orion for as long as she can remember. But this could be more than a crush, it is so big that Charice has spent hours a day on looking nice and acting cool. Mostly for Orion…but also for herself. Ever since the incident 2 years ago, Charice doesn’t admit it but she is scared. Scared of her own power, scared of what it means. Because when it comes down to life or death Charice always makes the decision.

This month instead of a quiz it’s a…
(Please take it!!!)
Hiiii everyone, and welcome to March’s Keeper of the lost cities Newsletter!!!
This month we are talking about… The future of KEEPER! Suspenseful questions that we all are asking like…
What happens next?
What will Shannon do to us after that awful cliffhanger at the end of Stellarlune ?
Will the graphic novel take KOTLC to a new level?
Will the Kotlc movie be awesome or a total disaster?
Okay, so much to think about but let's start with the KOTLC movie.
Personaly Evelyn can’t wait to watch it and see how great of a casting they do. But over on Lynns point of view… Well let’s just say she’s not as hyped about it, (Her mistake-E) she still agrees that it will be great and all, but she just hopes that it doesn’t make all of the new Keeper readers to watch the movie and never read the book, or learn about the awesomeness of Keefe. (Not a necessary addition to the newsletter but Evelyn thought that he deserved some credit for all the amazing things he has done)
Now, onto the graphic novel. We both really like graphic novels, and really like Keeper so we think that this could really bring a lot of younger readers/readers who dont really like reading that much, into the story, and the more Keeper fans the better! We are also excited to see the illustrations and how the graphic designers portray the Keeper story.
Last but not least, hit the “hate” button on the poll if you HATED the cliff-hanger at the end of Stellerlune. Personally, we think it is the WORST out of them all, which is saying a lot becauase if you have read KOTLC you know that Shannon gives us horrible cliff-hangers every year. But still!
Oh and do any of you have any clue about why Gethan joined the Neverseen? We don’t know why he joined but Evylin thinks that he might have run away from home or he did not even have a home in the first place and then the Neverseen found him and recruited him or as Lynn puts it
he might have wanted a better world, but without humans, and whatever else the Neverseen wanted, or he hated the council…
If you have any good reason, or we overlooked something he says in the book, just comment below!
Thanks for reading!
