This series is about Sophie Foster, a 12 year old girl who feels like she is not fitting in at her home in San Diego, California then on a normal school field trip to the museum she sees a very noticeable pair of teal eyes. The boy (Fitz) is an elf and takes her to his world for a quick trip; he explains how she is also an elf. She ends up sadly leaving her home and goes to live in the elf world. In this thrilling series you will experience the life of a girl who has to deal with things no normal teenager should have to deal with but at the same time you will hear about friendships, fights ,fires, tribunals, broken minds and of course teal crushes, hold tight to your seats and read KOTLC now!

Fitz Vacker is the Vackers golden child who found the mysterious Sophie Foster in the forbidden cities. He has always been smart, popular and cute (all of the girls either have crushes on him or Keefe) after he met Sophie his life changed suddenly he was not the best at everything but he didn't care because Sophie means a lot to him and she deserves some credit. Fitz has anger issues and some of the reason why is because his older brother (Alvar) ran away with the Neverseen and betrayed them so he has even gone to the extreme and tried to kill him! Being friends with Sophie had its cons to now the Vackers were treated like traitors. Will he stay by his friend's side or leave and regain his family name? Read KOTLC to find out !
